ATi Catalyst 10.4 Fix

Has a BC2 fix.

I had to wait 20secs to load into games, now I take less than 2. Also no lag/kill cam issues. Even if you don't have these issues, latest drivers have a significant boost over Catalyst 10.2 and below.

Edit: Also means I always get the first flag capture in the game. <3 SSD

dont forget to add theses are for the 5xxx series cards not he 4xxx series we get tehm next week apparently.
