\o/ Been a while since I've been here!

Anyway, was wondering if there are any plans for a LEvent in May, as it will take me a few days to organise the troops to be honest.

Enjoyed Lanarchy the most of the LANs Ive been too to be honest, more friendly then UKT/UniCon by far.

If you don't mind us coming back, we'd like to put in another appearance :)

We'd love to have you back, shame it's too late for you guys to come this weekend. :(

Actually, funnily enough we don't have an event pencilled for May, the next one is likely to be Saturday 5th June. Obviously this is very much subject to change, keep your eyes peeled on the forum, or join our mailing list (http://lanarchy.co.uk/mailman/listinfo/lanarchy-announce_lanarchy.co.uk) to be kept informed of news.

Funnily enough, Sc00bs has just said 5th isn't good, so it looks like the 19th might be the next option for us.

lol :p

Well I'm having tea at the Ritz (oo-er!) until around 1pm, so an event starting that saturday might be brilliant :)

*Starting after 1pm! An all nighter would be ideal as they start at 6 - would give me plenty of time to get to Harrow.

It would more likely be our usual LAN. Starting at 10am through until 10pm, in Watford. :?

Would be fine on Sunday?

Church halls are rather busy on Sundays :(

LOL yes I rather guess they are :p

Is that Lan cafe we used last time not available?

It might be, but many others prefer LANs they can a) drive to and b) take their own PCs too. With the last LAN having been at the LAN centre, we're aiming to do this one in Watford in the church hall.

i like the watford one. This is because i can Drive to it (i like driving to watford- very scenic :) ), and use my own pc/peripherals, that im used to.

After the 2nd of June...IM freeee....

PS: Good luck to all those that have upcoming exams. Remember- study hard!

I agree - as long as the parking is free :-)
I certainly hope to be at the next one (my first) though I suspect I will have to get a copy of UT2003 or 4 first.

Is is worthwhile me bringing other games along? for instance Aliens vs Predators, Halo, Half-life and whatever else
ie - what gets played at a LAN

Anything you want :D but the main games played at Lanarchy are Battlefield 1942 or Balllefield Vietnam, UT2003 or 2004, CS 1.5, Call of Duty and Age of Mythology.

Suggest we sort a vote for the games, then another vote for when during the day they are played.

We publish a schedule the week before the event, basically you can play any game you want at any time but the competition events will be run according to a schedule.

Yeah, it's quite a common occurance for the schedule to go out of the window, if people would rather play something else, it's not a problem :)

The CS competition is almost always done mind you, and I'd really like us to do the eRacer knockout again, cause that was a lot of fun.

can you give me some idea of when your future planned events are - i'd like to come, but the only chance i stand is if i book it well in advance...

I'll have to discuss the matter and we'll let you know ASAP :)
