Steam Games Unavailable Fix

The recent patch seems to have shafted many installs of steam. Here is something that got mine working -

Delete (or rename) ClientRegistry.blob & SteamUI.dll located in your 'Steam' folder which were corrupted in new update. Restart steam and let it update again.

If this doesn't work, try rebooting and seeing if it then continues to update your Half Life Engine.

I had the same issue. I gave up last night - too much screen work.
