Lanarchy IRC is Back

For those that haven't noticed, the Lanarchy IRC channel is back, again on Quakenet but this time the #lny channel.

L's gone again

there have been, in the recent week or so NO ops at some of the points, and just 3 people, including myself, idling. I know I cant idle 24/7, but I do try.

L has gone because a node has died sum where, hence the *.net*.split. Not beacause of lack of ops. And it has been in the last 3 days that there has been no op on.

L will probably return when the netsplit is over.

had quakenet yonks ago and was so hard to work i gave up, whats it like now? and what can you do with it?

Its simple enough. Quakenet is not the application, its the provider, I guess kinda like BT or NTL. You use Trillian or mIRC to connect to the IRC channel and then chat with us lovely folk :side:

We need more people in our channel.

If you're having problmes connecting try using irc.uk.quakenet.org as a server, and remember that if you aren't AUTHd we can't auto voice you, so you won't be known to the channel, which means the channel won't benefit.
