CS Source Update - cs_assault Is Here!

It must be a day for updates. Within the last hour, only 3 hours after the BF2 patch was released, there has been a steam update released which includes the much loved map cs_assault.

I've had a quick run around, and I must say it looks fantastic! If you like the original, you'll love this version... I almost didn't recognise it! Have a look at a few screenies -

Well i had a quick look and unfourtunatly found 1 major flaw in this map right away.

Be VERY careful when trying to rescue the hostages. They tend to get stuck in the track leading out of the front of the warehouse, its a real shame that they didnt use this update to try to fix the hossies.

Looks good :) But the new map seems a bit complex, let me try it out and i will tell you

I dont like the new assult its to open in the actuall factory place. Owel ill get used to it.

Regarding the flaw cripplre found i noticed that. Value will soon sort it out

Im sorry, i dont like it!! Its jus not the same as the old skool assault! i dnt mind assault_2005, jus not into the new assault, too much rubbish in it i feel.

I love it. Its better for one because there are no cameras and has some atmostphere for once.

Its also quite even now, unlike all the others which were extremly T bias.

The only big shame is that the crane doesn work inside the warehouse... :lol:
