Nope, no changes. How do you know they had admin? Do you know names, server and time so I can look at the logs?

DE or something like that, they were using the voices 'bevis and butt head' im sure one was called scoobydoo (this was on the custom map server)

Anyone can use those sounds? Try typing 'ma_play 12' into the console...

Thing is, they were abusung it...

Like playing it about 5-6 times on the trot and it drove you mad cos u couldnt hear your team mates talking or anything else going on it the map...

No one should be able to play more than 2 sounds a round. As far as I've seen, this is working but I guess if there are 2 or 3 of them intent on playing the sound ever round the best thing would be to find an admin.
