07-04-03, 10:19 AM

08-04-03, 11:40 AM

08-04-03, 06:08 PM
Lol, sounds good to me :)

Take up often is a bit slow though...but <SEL> have just signed 5 up

16-04-03, 08:27 AM
Thanks to a large turn out from UKLans, were now up to 28 people. Anyone waiting to book...don't wait too long :)

16-04-03, 10:18 PM
damn this is going to be a big one and im not going to be there :(

17-04-03, 08:23 PM
damn this is going to be a big one and im not going to be there :(

I wonder if these two facts are related? :P

18-04-03, 03:44 AM
lmao Andy took me a while to get it, but very very clever!! LOL Hunter frightened??

I'll give u ur disk back then, Andy

18-04-03, 03:56 AM

I'm not exactly great at spelling, but I'm pretty sure that the word you're looking for in your signature is prevail rather than whats there atm...

And the fact that Hunter's not coming isn't good. That's a kill a round on CS I'm going to lose :)

19-04-03, 12:03 PM
yo people. Just wondering whats up for eats on the day? Anything planned yet. OK

PS anyone need an extra player? Looking at the turnout currently we could have 14 v 14 (UK lans VS the rest), wow that would be a blood bath

The schedule for the day is pretty much the same as the last event, subject to change of course -

11am-1pm - CS 4 on 4

1:30pm-3:30pm - BF1942 4 on 4 CTF

4pm-4:30pm - UT2003 DM

5pm-6pm - eRacer

6pm-8pm - BF1942 Conquest or AoM teams of 2

I wouldn't mind trying to work some Ghost Recon into the day at somepoint too. For those who don't have it, we can probably sort something for use at the LAN only ;)

19-04-03, 10:20 PM
Do you have any pre-set dates for L10 so i can plan stuff around my exams and stuff?

19-04-03, 10:48 PM
I think it's in the 2003 thread isn't it?

23-04-03, 09:22 AM
hey. Mcbain what food is lanarchy serving on the day? the reason why i ask is that if its beef (which i cant eat) then i can plan ahead and bring my own food, or u guys may have alternatives.

23-04-03, 09:41 AM
I think it may be a lasagne, although no-one has paid in advance, so we don't gaurantee there will be enough for all that many others once we have fed ourselves :)

23-04-03, 09:43 AM
ok. cool. yeh sorry about that. i havent had time to send the cheque.. :(

but im hoping that u will have the snack shop right?!

and one more last thing. . i want to print out the locations but the link was broken. venues and locations link

thnx :)

23-04-03, 09:49 AM
So it is, thanks for the heads up.

Give it five minutes and try it again :)

Food will be Lasagne, but as McBain said, only available if everyone that has paid in advance has had theres, and there is some left, will it be offered to other people.

Bacon Butties will be available as usual as well as tea and coffee.

In my opinion, today's was perhaps the most fun I've had at a Lanarchy. Fantastic Atmosphere, thanks a lot to everyone that came and made it such a great day.

Hope to see you all at Lanarchy 10 :)

Brilliant day guys, shame we were late and missed the CS game. Not sure why half the Lan left around 6, but we missed the biggest BF and UT2003 matches ever. It would have been awesome. Apparently it was the UKlan's who left. Wow, you guys came in force, but you didn't give us guys a chance to take any of your scalps in other games beside CS - and that was a shame. Try and come to the next Lan and all will be forgiven

Brilliantly organisation again by the Lanarchy squad. Hope to see you at the next event. This time we will get there on time and hopefully will have our full squad.

BTW guys we are holding a small Lan meeting in South East London. Its in a computer shop called I Love Computers and is on Lewisham High St. It starts at 10 and will go on till 10 or 11pm. It will be this Bank Holiday Monday. Sorry about the short notice but that is down to shop management. If some of you come them cool, but if not there will be more organised ones in the next few months. If you need details and directions then leave messages in this forum and well get back to you.

Keep up the good work Lanarchy and see you at the next event :D

28-04-03, 02:07 PM
Sounds interesting PP, maybe post yourself a new thread in our Other Events forum (http://www.lanarchy.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=12). Give us as many details as possible. I think I might be able to make part of the day myself.

28-04-03, 03:07 PM
I may well be able to turn up too, but that's tbc... The more details as early as poss. the better though. Ta.
