My CSS Is UnPlayable

I can't play CSS at all anymore :( im getting massive choke on all servers ranging from about 30 - 70. Anyone know anything i can do to fix it??

Play with your rates? Sort your gfx settings/drivers out? Failing that post more information, and others will be pleased to help you (I'm away for the weekend starting in a few mins...)
