game exit on map change on custom

this happens frmo time to time, on the map change, after its finished loading, it just drops out to desktop; then won't let me play on custom server for a while. It lets me play on other Lanarchy servers...now is this because I have been booted for a place? or there a glitch?

Could anyoen tell me if there's a log file that contains info towards this?

Is it one specific map (going to or coming off) when it happens?

Also, does it give you any error message?

Can't see any error messages, cos it drops out to desktop. Can't find a log file either. anyways, I noticed it only seemed to happen on bank, so I reapplied the map pack and it let me on bank. So that might have sorted it, but i'll let you know :)
