HL2 Source Engine Demo

Have just dl'd Valve's Source Engine demo video. 8)

It looks truly amazing, although how it will run on a mid-range PC will be unveiled on or after the 30th September. :?:

The game engine of course looks superb, but w/o a Ultra FX or 9800Pro I wonder how many DX9.0 effects we will be left with?

The light and shadow effects are effin superb - plus sound and ambience really add up to an exciting if short little Bink Video.
